Chrysalis Enterprises is the social enterprise arm of Chrysalis that directly employs people with barriers to employment. Chrysalis Enterprises operates cleaning, landscaping, and light industrial operations in the Los Angeles area. This is direct, stable employment — not a temp placement. People with sex offense convictions have been directly employed by Chrysalis Enterprises.
Requirements
Must be 18+. LA area residency. Enrollment in Chrysalis program. Sex offense registrants explicitly considered for direct employment.
Benefits
Direct employment (not temp). $17-22/hr. Health insurance for full-time employees. Case management and coaching included.
