About This Position

Food service and cafeteria positions at Boston-area hospitals and medical centers. Prepare and serve meals in staff and visitor cafeterias. Non-clinical role with structured hours. Fair chance hiring under Massachusetts CORI reform.

Requirements

Food handler certification (sponsored). Reliable and team-oriented. CORI check after conditional offer only.

Hiring Policy

Patient-contact roles (CNA, HHA) require licensing review. Non-patient roles (housekeeping, food service, environmental services, laundry, facilities) are open to all backgrounds. CORI check after conditional offer only.
