Lease Operator / Pump Operator
About This Position
Operate and maintain oil/gas production equipment on lease sites across Wyoming. Drive to sites in a company truck, check equipment, troubleshoot issues. Solo work in a remote environment. 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule (typically 2 weeks on / 1 week off). Perfect role for someone needing employment stability without public-facing contact.
Requirements
Valid driver's license. Mechanical aptitude. Pass drug test. SO record OK. 6 months oilfield experience preferred (floorhand experience counts).
Benefits
Company truck, housing covered on-site schedule, $55k-$75k/yr, medical/dental, 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation.
