Hiring Policy
The WorkPlace's Second Chance program provides 12 weeks of paid work readiness training followed by job placement with a partnered employer. Retention support for 12 months. All backgrounds accepted; must be 25+.
Restrictions
Program enrollment requires age 25+. Sex offense convictions accepted. Some employer placements may have site-specific requirements communicated transparently.
