About This Position
Mile High WorkShop is directly hiring people with criminal backgrounds — including sex offense registrants — into paid positions in their Denver light manufacturing and assembly operations. This is NOT a temp placement — you are employed directly by Mile High WorkShop. Work includes product assembly, packaging, and warehouse operations. Case management services provided alongside employment. This is one of Colorado's most accessible pathways for sex offense registrants to enter the workforce.
Requirements
Must be 18+. Criminal background accepted — sex offense registrants explicitly welcomed. Commitment to Mile High WorkShop's support services (case management, coaching). Denver-area residency.
Benefits
Direct employment (not temp). $16-19/hr. Case management and support services included. Federal Bonding enrollment. WOTC eligible for employer tax credit. Growth pathway into supervisory roles.
