About This Position

PeopleReady Anchorage is placing workers in construction, warehousing, and general labor roles. Alaska has no statewide ban-the-box law — candidates should disclose during intake. Seasonal construction demand is high in Alaska summers. Small employer relationships in Anchorage create more flexibility than large corporate settings.

Requirements

Must be 18+. Able to work outdoors. Able to lift 60 lbs. Be prepared to disclose background during intake (no AK ban-the-box). All backgrounds considered.

Benefits

Weekly pay. $17-22/hr (Alaska wages higher than lower-48). Temp-to-hire pathways. Federal Bonding. WOTC eligible.
