About This Position

Assist licensed tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs) on Louisiana job sites. Learn a trade while earning. ABC Pelican Chapter offers apprenticeship entry through this program. High demand for helpers who show up reliably. Sex offense record is not a barrier.

Requirements

Eager to learn. Physically fit. Valid ID. Drug test. OSHA 10 (we sponsor it). No trade experience needed.

Benefits

Apprenticeship pathway, OSHA 10 sponsored, weekly pay, benefits after 90 days, journeyman potential $35-$45/hr.

Programs

Hiring Policy

Some state/federal job sites require additional clearance. Private commercial and industrial sites have no offense-type restrictions. We will tell you upfront which sites are available to your background.
