Circles of Support & Accountability (CoSA)
Community-based support model providing reintegration support for individuals returning from prison with sex offense convictions. Trained volunteers form a "circle" of support to help with housing, employment, and social connection.
The STOP-IT Program
Illinois-based cognitive-behavioral treatment program for individuals with sex offenses. Offers outpatient individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention. Has sliding-scale fee options and works with court-mandated clients.

Minnesota Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers maintains a statewide referral network of certified sex offense treatment providers. Providers listed use evidence-based practices and have specialized training in this population.
