About This Position
Oilfield positions in Montana's Bakken Shale and Heath Shale plays. Entry-level floorhands and equipment operators needed. Remote sites with housing provided. Labor shortage in Montana oil country means employers are actively recruiting people with criminal records. Sex offense history does not disqualify on most remote oilfield sites.
Requirements
Physically fit for outdoor/heavy labor. Pass drug test. Valid ID. 18+. No experience required.
Benefits
Housing on site, per diem, $50k-$70k+ annually, meals during shifts, overtime common.
